How long does delivery take?
We aim to deliver within 2–5 business days for most European countries. If no delivery time is specified at checkout, we will ship your as fast as possible. You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

What does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. The full cost is shown before you confirm your order.
For orders shipped to the USA, Canada, China, Japan, and Australia, please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the purchase price and may be charged by your local customs authority upon delivery.
Will I be charged customs duties or import taxes?
Most international orders are shipped with DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning all customs duties and import taxes are included in the price at checkout. No additional charges will apply on delivery.
For orders shipped to the USA, Canada, China, Japan, and Australia, we ship with DAP (Delivery at Place). Import duties and taxes are not included and may be charged upon delivery by your local customs authority. DHL Express handles these shipments and may contact you if additional information is needed for customs clearance.
If you are unsure about potential charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you want to return it, no reason needed. Klick this link to register your return Return. The goods must be returned within 10 days after you got your return approved. Return shipping costs are covered by you. Once we receive the item back, we refund the full purchase price including original delivery costs within 14 days.
My order arrived damaged. What do I do?
Check your order as soon as it arrives. If something is damaged or missing, contact us at contact@bagin.com as soon as possible and describe the issue. We ask that you report defects within two months of discovering them. We will cover return shipping for confirmed defects.
What does the 3-year warranty cover?
The warranty covers manufacturing defects in the Bag'in product itself for 3 years from purchase date. It does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorized modifications, normal wear, or force majeure events. To make a warranty claim, reach out to contact@bagin.com with your order details and a description of the issue.

How do I track my order?
You can follow your order through your customer account at bagin.com or klick this link: Track my order. You will also receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact us as soon as possible at contact@bagin.com if you need to change or cancel your order. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once the order is in the system, but we will do our best to help.
I ordered the wrong size. What do I do?
Contact us at contact@bagin.com before your order ships and we will try to adjust it. If the order has already been dispatched, you can return it within 30 days of delivery thru this link Return and place a new order in the correct size. Our Size guide can help you find the right fit before ordering.
I haven't received my order confirmation. What should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us at contact@bagin.com with your name and the email address used at checkout and we will resend it.
