These terms and conditions govern all purchases made through BAG'IN ("the Store"), operated by:

The agreement is entered into between the Store ("Seller") and the person placing the order ("Buyer"). These terms, together with your order confirmation, constitute the full agreement between the parties.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are stated in local currencies and include VAT for EU orders unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before the order is confirmed.

The total price including all costs is clearly stated before the Buyer completes the purchase. By clicking "Place Order" (or equivalent), the Buyer confirms an obligation to pay.

Payment methods

      Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard)

      Vipps

      Klarna

Payment is processed securely. Card data is encrypted via SSL and handled in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.

3. Order Confirmation

An order confirmation is sent to the Buyer's email address immediately upon receipt of the order. The agreement is binding once the Buyer has received the order confirmation. The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of obvious pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud, in which case the Buyer will be notified promptly and any payment refunded.

4. Delivery

Estimated delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout. The Seller aims to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days. Delivery is made to the address provided at checkout.

If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed date for reasons within the Seller's control, the Buyer may, in accordance with forbrukerkjøpsloven Chapter 5:

      Withhold payment

      Demand fulfilment

Cancel the order if the delay is material

      Claim compensation for documented losses

5. Right of Withdrawal (Angrerett)

In accordance with the Norwegian Right of Withdrawal Act (angrerettloven), the Buyer has a 14-day right of withdrawal on all purchases made online. The withdrawal period begins the day after the Buyer receives the goods.

How to exercise the right of withdrawal

Notify the Seller in writing before the deadline expires. You may use the standard withdrawal form (available at checkout and in your order confirmation), or send a clear written statement to contact@bagin.com.

Returns

Goods must be returned without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after notifying the Seller. Return costs are normally borne by the Buyer unless the Seller has agreed otherwise.

Refunds

The Seller shall refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal — but may withhold the refund until goods are received back or proof of return is provided.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to, among others:

Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly

Sealed goods that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons

      Customised or personalised goods

Digital content delivered immediately with Buyer consent

6. Complaints and Warranty (Reklamasjon)

In accordance with forbrukerkjøpsloven, the Buyer has a statutory right to complain about defective goods within 2 years of delivery (5 years for goods expected to last significantly longer).

If the goods have a defect, the Buyer may:

      Request repair or replacement

      Request a price reduction

Cancel the order (if the defect is material)

      Claim compensation for documented losses

Complaints should be submitted in writing to contact@bagin.com as soon as the defect is discovered. The Seller will bear the cost of return shipping for defective goods.

7. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute cannot be resolved through dialogue with the Seller, the Buyer may contact:

      Forbrukertilsynet (Consumer Authority): forbrukertilsynet.no

      Forbrukerklageutvalget (Consumer Disputes Committee): fku.no

EU Online Dispute Resolution: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr (for cross-border disputes)

Norwegian law governs this agreement, and disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts.

8. Privacy

The Seller processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Norwegian Personal Data Act. See our full Privacy Policy for details.
