How Bag'in works
A ventilated base, a top cover and a zipper that runs all the way round. This is how the system keeps outdoor furniture dry, clean and in place through a Nordic winter.
The system
A storage system, built in layers
Bag'in Nordic is a ventilated base and a top cover joined by a zipper that runs all the way round. Each part has a job. Together they keep furniture dry, clean and in place through the winter. Pick a size to see how the set packs into it.
- 1Deck boards: air flows in from underneath
- 2Ventilated base lets moisture out and keeps dirt away
- 3Fill it to the top: stack the whole set up to 100 cm
- 4DryTop Protect mesh between furniture and cover (accessory)
- 5Top cover: 600D Oxford polyester with TPU film, 25,000 mm water column
- 6Zipper all the way round: both pulls right of the red arrow, triangles aligned, carabiner lock
- 7Two drawstrings pull the cover tight
- 8Air vents in every corner, six on XL
- 9Corner loops for the Storm Anchor strap
From the manual
Four steps, five minutes
The manual's own drawings. Four steps from an empty deck to a closed, tightened Nordic.
The fabric
Four layers between the weather and your furniture
Rain beads off the top finish. The 600D weave takes the wear. The TPU film is the barrier that stops water, even under 25 metres of pressure. Tap a layer to see what it does. A fifth, optional layer adds extra air underneath.
-
Makes water bead and run off instead of soaking in. C0 means the finish is free of fluorocarbons.
-
Dense Oxford weave, 330 g/m², tear strength 1600 N. Takes abrasion, UV and frost season after season.
-
Bonds the film to the weave so the layers move as one when the fabric folds and flexes.
-
The waterproof barrier behind the 25,000 mm rating. Polyether TPU keeps its flexibility in frost and resists moisture over time.
-
A mesh spacer laid over the furniture before the cover goes on. It keeps air moving between cover and furniture, and protects both from rubbing against each other.
The optional fifth layer
Ventilation
Air in at the bottom, out at the corners
A closed cover without airflow traps moisture. Bag'in rests on the deck boards, so air enters through the ventilated base, rises past the furniture and leaves through the corner vents, four on XS to L and six on XL. That reduces condensation and the risk of mould.
- 1Keep at least 20 cm to walls and fences
- 2Ventilated base on the deck boards: air in, moisture out
- 3Corner vents release the moist air
- 4Fill the cover, air still moves in the gaps and along the walls
Space and size
One footprint, the whole set

Closure
Zip it, lock it, tighten it
Start with both zipper pulls on the base to the right of the red arrow. Line up the red triangles on base and cover, join the zipper and zip counter-clockwise all the way round, then clip the two pulls together with the carabiner so the zipper cannot work itself open. Two drawstrings pull the cover tight, so the wind has nothing to grab.
Storm Anchor
Into the gap, a quarter turn, done
Storm Anchor clamps into the gap between two deck boards: slide the plate in, turn it a quarter turn and it locks under the boards. The strap hooks into the corner loop on the cover. Four anchors hold the whole set down in a gale, without a single hole in the deck.

Classic
Classic in four steps
Classic is a cover with a closable bottom and tightening straps. Four steps from furniture to a closed cover.
